About Solent Planning - Who we are The founder of the practice - Sarah Cornwell, has over 20 years experience in planning and development and has held senior positions in both the public and private sectors. Sarah is a chartered town planner, holds a Masters Degree in Town and Country Planning and is a Corporate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (elected 1995). All Associates are qualified chartered Town Planners and have experience for working in both the private and public sectors. |
